- operation make this necessary (such as abundant snow or icy roads in the wintertime or ongoing road constructions works, government regulations, bad weather or under any other unavoidable circumstances).
- Payments for land component (towards hotel, transportation and sightseeing in foreign country) will be taken as per Rate of exchange (ROE) on the day of making payments.
