- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc shall be borne by the client & is directly payable on the spot.
- The package does not include any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drinks, hotel room service and other things not mentioned in our itinerary.
- Compulsory Christmas & New Year Eve Gala Dinner charges shall be payable directly at the hotel, if any applicable as per the hotel policy.

- Baggage Restrictions – 01 Medium sized UPTO 23-KGS bag (max. dimensions 158cm) + Small handbag/backpack (fits on your lap) per person is included in all transfers. Any Extra weight/size luggage cost to be borne by the guest directly.
- We reserve the right to change the itinerary if local conditions in any of the countries of
- operation make this necessary (such as abundant snow or icy roads in the wintertime or ongoing road constructions works, government regulations, bad weather or under any other unavoidable circumstances)
- Payments for land component (towards hotel, transportation and sightseeing in foreign country) will be taken as per Rate of exchange (ROE) on the day of making final payments.
- Hotel Check-in time is 1400-1500HRS and Check-out time is 1000-1200HRS. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability only.
