- LANGKAWI FEES – With reference to Trade By-Laws under the Local Government of (Langkawi), hotel guests are committed to Tourism Fees of RM 3.00 – RM 5.00 per person/ per night for stays as determined & imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in.

- Baggage Restrictions – 01 Medium sized Upto 23-KGS bag (max. dimensions 158cm) + Small handbag/backpack (fits on your lap) per person is included in all transfers. Any Extra weight/size luggage cost to be borne by the guest directly.

- We reserve the right to change the itinerary if local conditions in any of the countries of operation make this necessary (such as abundant snow or icy roads in the wintertime or ongoing road constructions works, government regulations, bad weather or under any other unavoidable circumstances)
- Payments for land component (towards hotel, transportation and sightseeing in foreign country) will be taken as per Rate of exchange (ROE) on the day of making final payments.
- Hotel Check-in time is 1400-1500HRS and Check-out time is 1000-1200HRS. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability only.
